We would like to inform you that Sender ID registrations in the United Arab Emirates for both local and international senders will remain on hold through the end of December 2026. Further clarification regarding the updated registration process is expected in January 2027. We remain actively engaged with both UAE mobile operators, Etisalat and Du, and will provide additional updates as soon as new information becomes available.
Please note the following important operational details:
Existing Registrations Unaffected: Currently registered Sender IDs remain fully active, and customers can continue sending traffic without disruption.
Pending KYC Documentation: As previously communicated, customers with active Sender IDs who have not yet submitted their additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation are kindly requested to do so immediately to ensure ongoing compliance with operator requirements.
