We have crucial update regarding upcoming changes mandated by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) that could impact your service. These changes will restrict the content of messages, prohibiting the inclusion of URLs and phone numbers.

Key dates and information:

- Starting June 1, 2024: Changes will be implemented affecting how certain services are accessed through Malaysian operators.
- Transition Period: A three-month transition period has been allocated for Telcos to fully implement these changes. This gives you ample time to smoothly adapt to the new system and make necessary content adjustments.
- Whitelisting Process: During this transition, traffic containing URLs and phone numbers can still be whitelisted, ensuring they are delivered. This measure will be in place until August 31, 2024.
- Post-Transition: After August 31, 2024, any traffic with URLs and phone numbers in the content will be blocked, including messages that were previously whitelisted. Please use the transition period effectively for content adjustments.
