As the Lunar New Year approaches, Vietnam operators have shared important updates regarding their holiday freeze period. Please review the key details below to ensure uninterrupted service:

Freeze Period: February 14th to February 22nd

Please submit Sender ID registrations by February 12th.
This will ensure your submissions reach the operators before the freeze period begins. Normal processing will resume on February 23rd. Any new Sender ID registration requests submitted during the freeze period will only be processed by operators after the freeze ends.
