Regulatory Update 📢 Vietnam - Mandatory URL whitelisting for Local SenderIDs for Vietnamobile

Vietnamobile (also known as Hanoi Telecom) has updated its regulatory requirements for local messaging traffic. Effective 1 September 2026, all URLs included in messages sent using local Sender IDs must be whitelisted. Messages containing unregistered URLs will fail.

For existing brands using local Sender IDs that include URLs in their message content, Telesign is proactively reviewing and registering URLs in advance to help minimize any potential impact on message delivery.
