Regulatory Update: 📢 Important Update: Spain Sender ID Registration

The previously announced deadline for registering all Sender IDs in Spain has been extended from June 7 to September 15, 2026.

To comply with regulatory requirements in Spain, all clients will be required to register their Sender IDs by September 15, 2026. Unregistered Sender IDs will be blocked after this date; however, there is currently no impact on traffic.

Telesign is working with the Spanish regulator, CNMC, to ensure full compliance. As regulatory and operational details are still being finalized, no immediate action is required from customers at this time.

We will share clear guidance on registration requirements and next steps as soon as they are available.
