Telesign, as a member of Proximus Global, is actively working toward full compliance with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA)’s regulatory requirements for SMS sender ID registration.
ACMA requires that every business or agency seeking to use a sender ID complete registration by 1 July 2026. Proximus Global is working directly with ACMA to ensure a compliant and consistent approach across all our entities. There is no expectation of SMS delivery impact in Australia.
