📢 Regulatory Update - Important Announcement: Indonesia Freeze Period 2026

In anticipation of Eid al-Fitr, all Indonesian Telco network operators will implement a holiday freeze on Sender ID registrations. Any requests submitted during this period will be processed after the freeze concludes. Please review the details below to ensure your service remains uninterrupted:

Freeze Period:
10 March 2026 – 30 March 2026 (Telkomsel)
14 March 2026 – 29 March 2026 (Smartfren)

Registration Resumption:
Registration of New Sender ID will be back to normal on 30 March 2026. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.
