As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of our platform, we will be performing activities related to the migration of our Los Angeles infrastructure environment to cloud environment between September 4 and September 28, 2026.
During this period, we do not expect any full service interruption. However, customers may experience brief intermittent connectivity issues affecting customer-facing portals during limited activity windows.
Following completion of the maintenance activities, a short planned service interruption affecting customer-facing portals will be required to finalize the transition. Details regarding this window, including timing and expected duration, will be communicated separately in advance on the Telesign Status Page.
Please note that API services will remain fully available throughout the entire migration period, including during the final transition activities.
