URL whitelisting is now mandatory for Viettel operator in Vietnam. At this time, there are no delivery issues related to URL blocking.

URL Whitelisting Requirements:
- Sender ID
- Message content
- Exact URL link (please indicate if the URL is dynamic and include the domain used in URLs, e.g., https://abc.abc/...)

To comply with new regulations, please ensure that your URL is registered along with your Sender ID and message templates when submitting them for Vietnam. Messages containing unregistered URLs will not be delivered to Viettel subscribers starting in September.
