Attention valued clients! We'd like to inform you about a new requirement for SID registration in the UAE. Going forward, the end client or brand is required to provide the IDs of both a Commercial and a Technical Point of Contact (POC) from their end.
Please review the comprehensive list of requirements below:
1. Sender ID
2. Company Name
3. Company URL
4. Message Content Sample
5. Company Headquarters
6. Company Address
7. Contact Phone Number
8. Company Stamp
9. Name of the Signatory
10. Type of Business/Industry
11. Company Type
12. IDs of both Commercial and Technical POCs from the client's side.
Documentation Checklist:
• Mandatory Trade License/Certificate of Incorporation (in English)
• NOC letter on client company letterhead
• Brand certificate (only if the brand owner's name differs from the SID name)
• International Sender ID Registration Form DU UAE (clients need to complete Section B of the document).
