Intelligence Model Enhancements

During the week of October 21, Telesign will be performing scheduled maintenance to release enhancements to our Intelligence model. There’s no integration work, preparation, or actions customers need to take. API responses, product configuration and latency will remain the same. There is no downtime expected during the maintenance event.

These enhancements will be made with the goal of increasing model accuracy, decreasing false positives, improving the true-positive rate, and decreasing false positives by:

Integration of new data sources enhancing our monitoring of IP and phone number behavior

Adopting new detection methods of artificially inflated traffic (AIT)

Refining fraud detection by using improved insights into email address behavior

Improving understanding of very low-risk behavior though the detection of regular, continuous activity
