Incident Report for Telesign system status
Resolved
Between 2019-06-10 07:00:00 AM PDT and 2019-06-10 07:33:00 AM PDT (and again between 08:00:00 AM PDT and 08:10:00 AM PDT), T-Mobile USA experienced an issue with their SMS service.

As a result, some standard rate MT SMS messages were delayed toward T-Mobile USA subscribers.
