Dear Customers and Partners, AT&T has informed us that they are continuing to work on the issue affecting their backup data center. Please note that the traffic is flowing as expected to the current data center. We will provide any further updates as they become available.

Our monitoring confirms that traffic to AT&T is flowing normally, however the maintenance is ongoing and we are still warned of the potential for latency or reduced capacity. We are continuously monitoring the traffic and will provide a final update once AT&T confirms the issue and maintenance is resolved.

We received information AT&T have restored one of their sites and we are seeing improved success rates and latency. AT&T continues to work on restoring services completely.

AT&T informed us that they continue to troubleshoot a database issue which is affecting their traffic. We will send further updates as we receive more information.

Summary:
We have received notification that US Operator AT&T will be performing planned maintenance on the date and time specified above. During this time period, customers that are sending SMS traffic towards AT&T operator may experience a temporary delay in message delivery, so we kindly ask that you plan accordingly. Other US operators will not be affected by this AT&T operator maintenance.
