Details: Operator Kcell has shared new regulation. Sending SMS messages is only allowed on weekdays from 9 AM until 9 PM local KZ time.
In the period after 9 PM and until 9 AM local time, as well as on weekends and holidays, SMS messages can be sent only in the following cases:
- if end user's request for OTP was sent within the specified time interval;
- if the end-user requests to provide him with information in the form of SMS at the specified time within this period;
- in case of notifications in form of SMS about emergencies, incidents, or urgent road traffic notifications.
In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the penalties shall be applied by operator and passed to the originating customer (minimum 1 000 000 KZT).
