Our Supplier has informed us of planned maintenance towards US and CA which may impact SMS and MMS landlines and toll-free numbers at the time mentioned above.
Customers may experience increased MO/MT/DLR SMS and MMS latency during the maintenance window; however, in the unlikely event of a disruption to the service, MO SMS/MMS will be queued by the carrier and MT SMS/MMS will be queued on the suppliers SMS gateway for delivery once the maintenance has been completed.
