California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

The CCPA shall come into effect on January 1, 2020. If your MSA with TeleSign contains the link to the online Data Processing Addendum located at: https://www.telesign.com/DPA (DPA), please look for CCPA updates. The DPA update contains limitations on Personal Information Processing mandated by the CCPA. Otherwise, you will be contacted by the Privacy Office to sign a separate CCPA Addendum.
