Summary:
We have received notification that planned upgrade will be performed for all Canadian and US operators on the date and time specified above. While no impact is expected, during this time period customers may experience a temporary delay in receiving responses for our Phone ID, Phone ID Live, Phone ID Porting History and Phone ID SIM Swap products, so we kindly ask that you plan accordingly.

We will let you know once the upgrade is completed. We'd like to apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this service window.
