We want to keep you informed about important updates from Telcel. Please take note of the following deadlines for requesting new alphasenders and shortcodes:
• Request for new shortcodes must be submitted by Monday, October 30th, no later than 11:00 a.m. (GMT-6).
• Request for new alphasenders must be submitted by Tuesday, October 31st, no later than 6:00 p.m. (GMT-6).
Should you require new shortcodes and/or alphasenders after these deadlines, rest assured that we will submit those requests to Telcel on January 3, 2024, at 11:00 p.m. (GMT-6).
Please keep these dates in mind as you plan your requests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!
