We would like to inform you that Bangladesh Robi (Robi Axiata Ltd) (47002) is implementing sender registration to enhance the messaging service. Starting from August 21st, 2023, only registered senders will be accepted by the Mobile Network Operator (MNO).

To ensure a smooth transition, we kindly request you to provide the following details for sender registration:
Sender ID
Client company name
Website URL
Message content
Content Type (Transactional/OTP/Promotional)

To complete your sender registration and avoid any disruption to your messaging traffic with Robi Axiata Bangladesh, kindly reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager or contact our support team at support@telesign.com before August 21st, 2023.
