Our Supplier has informed us of planned maintenance towards US and CA which may impact SMS from toll-free numbers.
Customers may experience increased SMS latency during the maintenance window, however, in the unlikely event of a disruption to the service messages will be queued for delivery once the maintenance has been completed.
