To ensure whitelisting, the below details are required:

• Sender ID
• Message Sample
• Company name
• Company website
• Traffic Type (International/Local)
• Company HQ address
• Expected Volume

Please be aware that generic and numeric senders are not permitted. If you wish to register new sender IDs, please submit a request.
