Description:
Hutch Lanka Operator [41303/41308] has introduced new regulations for sender ID registration and content:
• Brand name must be included in the content. Due date is June 5th (Grace period of 1-2 weeks has been granted)
• All MKT templates must be shared for additional approval
• Generic/Numeric Senders are not allowed.
• Sender ID registration process is 3 working days
If you are currently sending to Sri Lanka, Telesign has proactively registered your sender ID and you will only need to (1) adjust your content to include your Brand name and (2) send your marketing templates to Telesign for additional set up. Please email support@telesign.com with any questions or your marketing templates.
