Update 3:
Please be advised that the identified hardware issue that extended portal maintenance has been resolved. Reporting functionality through TelePortal is available again. Please note that throughout this time period all messages were processed and core services were unaffected. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while TeleSign staff worked on this fix.

Update 2:
Although the maintenance is still ongoing, we have managed to resurface data in TelePortal reports now. TeleSign NOC Team and suppliers are currently working on a hardware issue that’s affecting data availability, therefore – we have continue to have the extended maintenance window. Reporting in TelePortal will be available until NOC Team and the suppliers start a second phase of the hardware replacement, we will notify you should that cause another disruption in the portal reports. TeleSign core services (processing of SMS, Voice, Data requests) are not affected by this, only portal reports.

Update:
Maintenance scheduled for today has been extended due to challenges encountered during the platform upgrade. TeleSign NOC Team is working on it with the highest priority. We will update you with the resolution time as soon as we have more details. Please note this only affects reporting and access to TelePortal. As before, TeleSign core services will not be affected.

Reporting on the portal will be unavailable to customers intermittently during this maintenance window, so we kindly ask that you plan accordingly. TeleSign core services will not be affected.
