Resolved

Between 2019-06-26 2pm PDT and 2019-06-26 3:50:00 PDT we have identified an issue with Sprint USA. As a result of this issue, customers may have noticed a failure for SMS MT messages sent to subscribers. Messages failed with a 1020 error.

The issue impacting the delivery of messages towards Sprint USA is now resolved and all services are now operating as expected.
