Details: Russian networks have announced a holiday freeze period. Here are the details:

For networks MTS, Megafon, Beeline, KTK Telecom and K-Telecom Sender ID registrations will be on hold from the 23rd of December until the 9th of January;
For network Motiv registrations will be on hold from the 15th of December until the 9th of January;

After the 9th of January, all registration will be resumed.
