We are writing to inform you about an up and coming maintenance which will affect several of our Canadian operators.

During the maintenance clients may experience failed or delayed MT or MO messages. Delivery Notifications during this period may be delayed for each of these operators.

Affected Products: Canadian Short Codes

Impact MT: Clients may experience failed or delayed MT messages towards Rogers, Fido, ICE Wireless, Execulink, and Telus Canada.

Impact MO: Clients may experience delayed MO traffic from Rogers, Fido, ICE Wireless, Execulink, and Telus MSISDNs.

Impact DLR: Clients may experience failed or delayed Delivery Notifications from Rogers, Fido, ICE Wireless, Execulink, and Telus Canada
