We received notification that the network issues previously reported by Palestine Telecomm Co Ltd (Jawaal) from Palestine have been resolved. Palestine Telecomm Co Ltd (Jawaal) end users should no longer experience delays receiving SMS messages as all services are back to functioning properly.
