Dear Customers,

Between 2019-07-15 08:00:00AM PDT and 2019-07-15 08:20:00AM PDT Verizon USA was experiencing an issue with their SMS service.

The carrier is aware of this issue and are investigating the root cause. The issue appears to be resolved and SMS traffic is no longer affected.
