Details: URL whitelisting is mandatory in Saudi Arabia. All URLs that are in content need to be registered in order for content to be delivered. The information needed for URL whitelisting is Sender ID, content and URL inside the content. The deadline for having all URLs whitelisted is the 17th of August. After this date, all non-registered URLs will be blocked. Shorten URLs are forbidden.
