We were experiencing possible delays of SMS and Voice delivery starting at 03:42 UTC.
[EDIT] - Some customers would have also received client side errors ( e.g This product is not enabled for this CustomerID )

This has been resolved at 03:50 UTC.

We are currently reviewing root cause and will provide additional information once we have completed the investigation.
