Effective Date: 10th of June

Details: Due to fraudulent activities that included URL shorteners, the Philippines network Smart communications started blocking all messages with URL shorteners to protect their users. In order to avoid blocking, they recommend using the full URLs in messages so that the destination site is clearly visible to the recipient.
