For those customers that have TeleSign's SSL certificates saved locally only, we will be updating our SSL certificates as they are currently set to expire on March 9th, 2018.
If you do not store TeleSign's SSL certificates locally, this update will have no impact to your services and no interruptions will occur.
To request the updated SSL certificates, please reach out to support@telesign.com providing the endpoint your organization is currently using to connect to TeleSign. The appropriate certificate will be provided to you at that time.
