We received notification that the network issues previously reported have been resolved. The United States and Canada end users should no longer experience delays receiving SMS messages as all services are back to functioning properly.

We received notification that customers who send SMS via 10DLC may experience issues in the delivery of SMS messages to US and CA.
Messages sent from Toll-Free Numbers and Short Codes are delivered as expected.
