Impact MT: Clients may experience failed or delayed MT messages towards Bell and Virgin Canada.
Impact MO: Clients may experience delayed MO traffic from Bell and Virgin Canada MSISDNs.
Impact DLR: Clients may experience failed or delayed Delivery Notifications from Bell and Virgin Canada.
